Wow. This was a great conference. I'd like to thank those folks over at Aspen Group on a wonderful conference. It was kind of weird listening to CEOs, contractors, and architects talk about God to a bunch of pastors, church staff, and lay leaders, normally these roles would be reversed. However, it's comforting to know that these are the people building our churches. I picked up some great ideas for ministry from Evan McBroom, founder of
Fishhook (church leaders, check this company out - you won't regret it!) heard from some great speakers - I was very impressed with the CEOs of both
Aspen Group and
Cogun - great men with great hearts. To see a company more concerned about spiritual growth than physical growth is refreshing - especially in the corporate world. Is your church considering a building project? A massive "revamp" of current ministries? Big changes? Make plans to attend Alignment next year - maybe we can have a meet up offline.
